“Hotel senza sistema di aria condizionata. Per quanto concerne la moquette dell'hotel credo di non averne visto in tutta la mia vita una tanto sporca. L'area colazioni era inguardabile. Il personale era sufficientemente gentile ma totalmente inattivo. ”

“On arrival they told me we couldn't dine there that night. I pointed out that I didn't travel hours to a remote hotel just to sleep there. I asked to see the manager and was about to demand a refund when they decided I could be squeezed in. This was at 3 PM not last minute (dinner was set for 7.30 pm), The receptionist was initially unhelpful and initially said we could eat in the bar. She also claimed the menu was the same (it was not). A terrible first impression and I was tempted to just...

“Stayed in one of the VIP rooms. However, wasn't one with the jacuzzi which seemed a little misleading based on the description. Arrived at the spa for them to have no record of us and waited for them to sort it out which considering the paying for club access is kind of a mood killer. That said the spa is nice and the treatment was fantastic. One of the upstairs shower rooms has mould on the wall which again isn't acceptable. However the venue is lovely. Breakfast was amazing, with lovely...

“Convenient and clean”

“Be aware that the cleaning staff start working on the floor at 6:30 am — yes, you read that correctly, 6:30 in the morning. They wake you up with very noisy vacuum cleaners and other equipment. I asked the reception why they were making noise so early, and they replied that the cleaning service starts at that time… unbelievable.”

“Really poor service from the reception team. We were charged for the room again at check out because she didn’t speak to us before charging to a card. It wasn’t even the card used to book but one used to pay for breakfast. We were then told that she couldn’t fix it and WE had to email guest relations. We did and the guest relations sent an email back saying accounts will refund us IF the charge was taken twice in 3-7 days. Accidents happen but this has been dealt with incredibly poorly and...

“È un hotel comodo per aeroporto di Luton”

“Good sized clean room with bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a shared lounge and kitchen area too. Excellent location for Luton airport, only about 7ish minutes drive. Off road parking was helpful too. Would highly recommend for an airport stopover.”

“Soogiorno ottimo”

“non c’è aria condizionata, il terzo letto lo devi rifare da solo, peccato che al posto del lenzuolo abbiamo avuto 4 federe, la colazione però è formidabile, ottimo cibo e ottimo caffè ”

“Tutto ok, camere ben tenute e molto grandi, letti voto 6,5. Personale molto gentile”

“Non tutto il personale e stato cordiale e gentile...alcuni meritano altri no....eravamo due persone in camera e il personale delle pulizie lasciava solo un asciugamano grande ed un piccolo.Per concludere l ultima sera non ci hanno lasciato la carta igienica”
